Designing this vibrant and classic tented Hamptons wedding at Sole East was an absolute delight for our team at Jove Meyer Events. Joanna and Anthony desired a wedding design brimming with joy. We maintained a classic vibe with the table elements like white table clothes, tapers, and wooden chairs, while introducing a vibrant array of peaches, pinks, oranges, and yellows. Employing color blocking techniques, we crafted a modern and striking design that stood out amidst the traditional setting and backdrop. This design beautifully complemented the lush garden surroundings of Sole East.

Sole East, nestled amidst the scenic beauty of the Hamptons in Montauk, New York, offered a dreamy setting for this couples big day. With its charming ambiance, lush gardens, and elegant accommodations, Sole East set the stage for a truly memorable celebration of love. Leveraging the stunning backdrop of Sole East's gardens, we allowed their natural beauty to guide our design choices. The pink flowers organically made sense with the pinks, oranges, and peach color palette. The couple’s invitation from Rifle Paper and Co. hinted at the flowers that would be present on the wedding day. Julia Bez crafted crafted bespoke watercolor paper goods, infusing romance and harmonizing seamlessly with the floral arrangements.

Collaborating with Designs by Ahn, we designed a breathtaking ceremony arch adorned with color-blocked blooms in shades of pink, yellow, orange, and peach. Using a diverse selection of timeless roses and dahlias, Designs by Ahn and her team arranged them in a vibrant, color-blocked pattern, resulting in a truly mesmerizing result. This created an almost rainbow-like display as a backdrop to the couple’s ceremony.

The essence of this event's design revolved around flowers. The couple chose simplicity for everything else, allowing the flowers to take center stage. They truly stole the show with their abundant beauty and elegance. The tent was no exception. We took advantage of the tent ceiling to craft a whimsical and ethereal ambiance within the sailcloth tent. By incorporating various elements and intricate details into the ceiling design, we aimed to evoke a sense of enchantment and magic, transforming the space into a dreamlike setting that captivated all who entered.

The theme of color blocking of the ceremony arch was extended to the centerpieces. Each table was adorned with its own distinct color scheme ensuring a vibrant and dynamic visual experience throughout the tent space. Each arrangement was in a modern white vase surrounded by white tapered candles and tea candles. Julia Bez's watercolor table numbers and menus infused the ambiance with a delicate touch of softness and romance, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the event with their artistic charm.

The cake truly stole the spotlight, boasting a breathtaking cascade of blooms adorning its center, seamlessly complementing the floral motif seen throughout the venue. It served as a stunning focal point, harmonizing effortlessly with the surrounding floral arrangements and adding an extra layer of elegance to the occasion. The seating chart, menus, and other paper goods also added to the gorgeous ambiance of this Sole East Hamptons wedding!
