Planners Dining Club: Playful Pastels at West Edge

We love to infuse our events with color and joy, and are thrilled when our creative partners feel the same and bring the magic. This magical inspiration can come from anywhere, and for our West Edge Planners Dining Club it was a single chair with luxurious lines that sparked the design for the whole evening. We fell in love with Patina Rentals’ sexy pink velvet chairs, and knew they were perfect for what would be a soft and colorful pastel vision. We paired the rich textures of velvet with contrasting luminescent materials throughout the space. Velvet linens in various colors and and furnishings brought warmth, while iridescent plates and additional chairs added shine.

For the flowers, we wanted bold pops of color and shape, and knew that working with A.P. Bio would be a beautiful partnership. Doan’s flowers are artful installations in themselves. Her passion and bold vision are found in every stem, and this event was no different. Each tablescape was bursting with floral personality. She paired vivid blooms with tropical fruits, creating a bold and inspiring palette of texture and color. A wispy and playful Calder-esq banana leaf install brought further interest to the fun design. Food is as crucial an aspect of the design as anything. Creative Edge Parties created an interactive menu that delighted us all. Every small bite and gorgeous dish played into the bold and colorful vibes of the evening.

The beauty of our Planners Dining Club is the trust we build with our creative partners, allowing each other to do what we do best, create incredibly memorable events.
